Castanets & Sevillanas bundle
Wednesday and Saturdays
With this bundle you get our Castanets & Sevillanas bundle classes one after the other, at a special price.
CASTANETS
Wednesdays 17.30-18:30
Learn the basics of flamenco castanets and develop your coordination and musicality, putting it all together through accessible choreography and Sevillanas — the vibrant social dance of Andalusia.
No previous castanets experience is required. Whether you’re completely new to castanets or simply looking to try something different, we’ll start from the very beginning, building your skills step by step before bringing everything together in an elegant choreography. Along the way, you’ll also discover how to combine castanets with the lively rhythms and patterns of Sevillanas.
Sevillanas: You’ll pick up the basics naturally as part of the class, with the option to explore this dance in greater depth during our Saturday sessions at a reduced rate.
Castanets: Available to purchase from Scales, or we can arrange an order from Spain on your behalf.
End-of-year show: All dancers are encouraged to take part in our end-of-year performance on 20 June 2027.
SEVILLANAS
